Sport Supplement

One thing a freelancer might forget to be listed on her daily activity is sport. After we’re working all day, we need to refresh our brain and our body. Do you consider how many hours a day you spend in front of your computer? Sometimes 8-10, sometimes even 10 -18. Or, if you have insomnia, you can stay there without moving for 20 hours.

Isn’t that a bad thing? Yes, indeed. It might be too extreme too, but I think many of us do it, right?

If you are not easy to get bored, why not get yourself bored with your work sometimes – this is how I avoid the term workaholic, and let your body move a bit. Maybe you can turn on the music louder and start to dance. Ignore family member who probably see you while doing this and think you’re going crazy. You can do this of every 2 hours. Have your clock set. Five minutes each is enough.

But, if you don’t like my idea, why don’t you do the real exercise. This time you can do some aerobics or yoga at home or you can go to gym. To maintain your social life, you can also call your friends and ask them to play Tennis or Badminton with you. Swimming is also a good idea. I myself like marathon. I wake up early every Sunday and run on track for an hour.

Being healthy is important for everybody, because if you get sick you will have to spend more money than what you afford to keep yourself healthy. So, don’t earn big money, to spend it the other day. Start today and you will know that I am right. To support your exercise, what Sport Supplement do you use? It is important for us to support the exercise with supplement. I would rather to consume natural supplement or nutrition. Organic food is the best supplement for my body. It is expensive, I know, but I bet medications for diseases are more expensive than that. So, I would call it as long term investment. Besides, vitamins are also needed as sport supplement.

    I spent way more time in the internet too. It’s tough trying to get back to my workout routines again because of all the distraction. Your 5 minutes tip is a good idea and I will try it every 2 hours. Thanks for sharing!

    I have spent more and more time on the internet lately and have actually been pondering the exact same questions you proposed. I started lifting again 3-4 times a week, But with no set schedule. But I do need to start focusing on my diet alot more. I notice as I gain in age I am also gaining in other things (weight). Thanks for this great post to get me re motivated again!

    I like to go to the gym every week end. But, I don’t have specific sport supplement. Maybe mineral water, because I love to drink it, instead of coke and other soda. As long as I have Shampoos, I am happy to do any sport.
